Event Description: Free nutritious snacks and lunches for kids and teens all summer long, Monday through Friday. The Pagosa Springs Nurturing Family Center is a "Hunger Free Colorado" site. Beginning at 10:00, kids and their parents may also participate in activities Monday through Thursday. Mondays: Yoga Calm for Children Tuesdays: Growing Dome Gardening Day at Growing Spaces ®; Every other Wednesday: Art classes with Ursala Hudson; alternate Wednesdays: Library-Youth Summer Reading Program Thursdays: Nature Walks with experienced guides who volunteer with the Pagosa Ranger District and San Juan Mountains Association.
Directions:
The Pagosa Springs Nurturing Family Center is located on the north side of Hwy. 160, directly across from the Ruby Sisson Library. Cross street is N. 8th.
